Terms of Service for VPS Nigeria Hosting

Services Covered

These terms apply to the Nigeria VPS plans, Windows Server VPS used for Remote Desktop, website and WordPress hosting on a VPS, domain registrations and any dedicated server provided following a quote. Specifications and prices are those shown on the order form or in your accepted quote. VPS services are self-managed: you are responsible for the software, configuration and security of your server.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for anything unlawful under the laws of Nigeria or the laws that apply to you, including fraud, phishing, distributing malware, sending unsolicited bulk email, infringing intellectual property or attacking other networks. We may suspend a service that threatens the stability or reputation of our network, and we will normally contact you through a ticket when this happens. Domain registrations must also follow the rules of the relevant registry.

Billing and Payment

Services are billed in advance for the period you select. We accept crypto, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Invoices are issued in the client area, and unpaid services may be suspended and later terminated. Domain renewals must be paid before expiry to keep the name.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation from the client area at any time, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Data on a cancelled server is removed and cannot be recovered, so copy anything you need before the cancellation takes effect.

Backups

You are responsible for backing up your own data. Keep copies of files, databases and configuration outside your server and test that they can be restored. We are not responsible for data lost through misconfiguration, deletion, compromise or cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

We work to keep services running well but cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the relevant billing period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, revenue or data.

Privacy and Cookies

We use the information you provide to deliver services, process payments and respond to support requests. On this website, your theme choice and cookie preference are stored in your browser. Essential cookies are always on because the site needs them to work. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept All Cookies".
